Job Objectives

  • Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Nurse to join our client’s team.
  • As the Head Nurse, you will play a key role in leading their nursing team and ensuring the highest standards of patient care within the fertility clinic.

Principal Duties / Duties

  • Lead and supervise the nursing team, including Registered Nurses and Nurse Assistants, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Oversee all nursing activities within the fertility clinic, including patient assessments, treatment administration, and patient education.
  • Coordinate patient care throughout the fertility treatment process, from initial consultation to treatment completion.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the fertility treatment journey.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment within the clinic.
  • Participate in staff training and development activities to ensure the ongoing professional development of the nursing team.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
